Learn the basics of East Coast Swing in ONE DAY! East Coast is the easiest, fastest and funnest (is that a word?!) of all the swing dance varieties. It is the ideal place to start for beginners who want to try swing dancing. Using faster blues, big band, neo-swing or electro-swing music, East Coast is also sometimes called Jive, single-time swing ("single swing") or jitterbug.
If you want to see some kids dancing pure social East Coast this quick video will give you a rough idea of what it's all about: in a word, pure FUN!
If this is your first dance class don't worry, it's perfect for beginners. Dip your big toe in and test the water.

Bootcamps
are an ideal way for beginners to make quick progress, to review
fundamentals, try a new dance and to bring a friend to try it out with
you. It's also a great way to start learning the opposite role (lead vs.
follow) which is the only way to truly master the dance in your primary
role.
